▷ Ignore the work ground

UV flatbed printer printing is greatly affected by static electricity, you should always check the ground equipment connection, and regularly sprinkle a little salt water around the ground.

▷ Randomly switch the circuit

Install and remove UV flatbed printer circuits at will without turning off the power switch and disconnecting the main power supply. This behaviour can damage the life of each system and endanger the printhead.

Long time use of ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the print head. In fact, if you usually pay attention to the maintenance of the print head, there is no need for ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasound can have an adverse effect on the print head. However, if the clogging is severe and ultrasonic cleaning is required, the maximum time for one cleaning is 3 minutes. If the printhead is not cleaned once, wait for the printhead to cool down to its normal state before cleaning it a second time.

▷ Using poor quality ink

Fill with different batches of ink, or use poor quality ink or cleaning fluid. Mixing two different ink configurations can change the colour and quality of the ink. Inks that are not of good quality can affect the printing results and clog the printhead, damaging its life.
